Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DirectiveNow collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with directivenow.com (the "Site") and the services described on it.

If anything here is unclear, or you want to exercise any of the choices described below, contact us at support@directivenow.com or contact Naman Singh directly at naman.singh@directivenow.com.

Manage Privacy Choices Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. Who We Are

DirectiveNow is a performance-marketing agency serving U.S. home-service businesses, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, and garage door companies. The Site and services described on it are operated by Naman Singh, a sole proprietor doing business as DirectiveNow ("DirectiveNow," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Scope

This Policy applies to directivenow.com and information we collect when you request our free audit, contact us, or become a client. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to or to information you provide directly to a third-party platform, except to the extent that platform shares it with us.

Once you engage DirectiveNow as a client, the data-handling terms of your services agreement govern how we handle advertising-account access, booked-job data, and other business information you share with us. This Policy describes our general practices and does not limit or override that agreement.

3. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Information collected automatically

If you allow Analytics through our privacy controls, Google Analytics 4 may collect:

We do not currently set a separate first-party cookie to store UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid, or other advertising identifiers. If we add that functionality, we will place it in the Advertising / attribution category and update this Policy.

Information we receive from others

If you interact with an advertisement for DirectiveNow, the advertising platform may provide campaign or conversion information under that platform's own terms. No Google Ads or Meta advertising tag is currently active on the Site.

4. How We Use Personal Information

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Optional analytics and advertising technologies are off unless you allow the relevant category through our privacy controls. We store your choice in your browser's local storage so the banner does not reappear on every visit.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Privacy Choices. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection on this browser; it does not delete data already collected. You can request deletion as described in Section 12.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: because no commonly accepted standard exists for browser Do Not Track signals, the Site does not respond differently to them. We recognize an enabled Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of advertising and attribution for that browser. When GPC is detected, that category remains off.

6. Analytics and Tracking Technologies

TechnologyStatus and information handledPurpose
Google Analytics 4Active only after Analytics consent. May collect page use, events, approximate location, and device/browser information.Understand and improve Site use.
Google FontsLoads the Site's typefaces from Google's servers, which receives ordinary connection information such as IP address and browser details.Display the Site's typography.
Google Ads / Local Services Ads trackingNot currently active. If enabled, it will remain off until Advertising / attribution consent.Future advertising measurement and optimization.
Meta conversion trackingNot currently active. If enabled, it will remain off until Advertising / attribution consent.Future advertising measurement and optimization.

We do not currently use a session-recording or heatmap tool, live-chat widget, or CAPTCHA on the Site. If that changes, we will update this Policy and the privacy controls before enabling the tool where consent is required.

7. Advertising and Remarketing

DirectiveNow may advertise its services through platforms such as Google Ads, Local Services Ads, or Meta Ads. The Site does not currently load advertising or remarketing tags. If we enable those tags, they will remain off until you allow Advertising / attribution, and this Policy will identify the active tools.

You can opt out at any time using Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. You may also manage platform-level choices through Google's Ads Settings and Meta's ad preferences.

8. How We Share Information

We may disclose personal information to:

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising-platform disclosures may be considered a "sale" or "share" under some U.S. state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Section 13 explains how to opt out.

9. Communications and CAN-SPAM

Commercial email we send will use accurate sender information and subject lines, identify the message as an advertisement where required, include a valid physical postal address, and provide a clear way to stop future marketing email. We will honor a valid marketing opt-out within 10 business days. Audit-delivery, account, and service messages may still be sent when they are transactional or relationship messages rather than marketing.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including delivering an audit, managing a client engagement, complying with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, and resolving disputes. DirectiveNow deletes or anonymizes its active copies of audit requests from businesses that do not become clients after 90 days, unless you ask us to delete the information sooner. Service-provider systems and backups may retain limited copies for their configured retention periods or where required by law; we instruct providers to apply the same 90-day period where their controls permit. You can request deletion using the contact details in Section 19.

Your privacy choice remains in local storage until you clear browser storage or replace the choice through our privacy controls.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to:

To make a request, email support@directivenow.com. Tell us the right you want to exercise and the email address associated with your interaction. We may confirm the request from that address or ask for limited additional information to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law; California requests generally receive a response within 45 days, with one permitted extension where applicable.

13. California Privacy Rights

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to DirectiveNow, California residents have the access, correction, deletion, opt-out, and non-discrimination rights described here. Where it does not apply, DirectiveNow may still honor a reasonable request as a matter of practice, subject to verification, technical feasibility, legal obligations, and applicable exceptions.

14. Children's Privacy

16. Where We and Our Service Providers Operate

DirectiveNow's team and operations are based in India. If you are located in the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in India, the United States, and other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.

We do not currently direct the Site or our marketing to individuals in the European Union or United Kingdom. If our targeting or processing changes, we will assess applicable international-transfer and privacy requirements and update this Policy.

17. India Privacy Rights and Grievances

DirectiveNow processes digital personal data in India. To the extent the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its implementing rules apply, you may request a summary of personal data being processed, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure where retention is no longer necessary or legally required, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. You may also nominate another individual to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity.
